Disgusting customer service

Online delivery system is pathetic company automatically splits a delivery of ambient and chilled goods without telling the customer. Then when challenged about it they responded in writing that I was wrong and made a mistake. One delivery date, one delivery time, one delivery message and one delivery fee. #woolworths
