Disgusting Customer service

<p>It is sad but true,that Woolworths does NOT make a difference in their customers lives. I had a quality return issue yet none of the staff members and managers could help. I tried calling numerous times and every time I spoke to someone they would cut the call after they had heard my complaint. In specific Gateway and Chatsworth Woolworths branches are hopeless. The customer service manager by the name of Vedhi at the Woolworths in Gateway was rude and obnoxious and cut the call on me while I was speaking to her about my problem. They are going to be losing valued customers because of their lack of customer service.</p>
