Disgusting customer relations!

I have been a client with Woolworths for ages. For the last two months I am Experiencing some financial difficulty but still making payments of R500.00 until I can catch up the arrears. Received a message today that the "non-payment"of your Woolworths Store Card has negatively impacted your Credit bureau profile. WHAT NON-PAYMENT IDIOTS? Definition of non-payment : NEGLECT OR FAILURE TO PAY. So how am I guilty of NON-PAYMENT? Disgusting... It is only the second month that I am not giving you the whole installment on my card and this is how I get treated.
