Disgusting customer care!!!

Absolutely disgusted by what I thought was a reputable SA Brand. After finding glass in a chocolate from Woolworths I had very poor customer service. I wrote a review on Hello Peter discussing this poor service and almost immediately got a "keep quiet" call from Woolworths customer care saying we are attending to your concern. Ya right....that was a keep me quiet call because I still have heard nothing back from them! There was GLASS in a food item. This was a serious issue and they are trying to dismiss it. Here comes my call to social media, let's see how that might help.
