Disgusting company - I am fed up

I was retrenched in 2009, and could not get a job immediately. I signed up for debt councelling to try and keep my name clear. Via the distribution agency my monies was paid to creditors monthly. <br> Woolworths was paid in full in 2013, i have all the proof. April 2014 they 'wake up' and claim I still owe them money. I have been trying EVER SINCE to prove to them I owe them nothing, they NEVER respond and NEVER get back to me. Even the collection company Norman&Bisset withdrew my file as they also never got any response from Woolworths.<br> Now I am trying to get credit , house loan or buy a car ...but due to the listing of Woolworths on my name i cannot do anything !<br> This is ******** and against human rights ! I will also contact the consumer protection act as I HAVE HAD IT !<br> <br>
