Disgusting bits in Woolies lean mince, no response from Woolworths

I purchased lean beef mince from Woolies at Bassonia Crossing on Monday. When I cooked it yesterday, I found 2cm pieces of what what looks like intestine or thick boerewors casing in the mince. I was really quite disgusted and disappointed and rather put off by it as I purchase Woolies lean mince at least once a week. I have taken pictures of it as well as the packaging. I also sent them an email, but 24 hours later I have received nothing but an automated response. You think you're doing the right thing by contacting them directly, but they clearly couldn't care less if they sell gross products. Perhaps it'll be better to post a picture of the nasty bits I found in the mince on social media for everyone to see. Super disgusted in Woolies.
