Disgusting behaviour from staff

Im 38 weeks pregnant. Was at woolies Cavendish 2 weeks ago. My hubby picked me up at the back entrance/exit.. As i was approaching the exit i noticed the security guard closing the door as this door is usually closed at 6pm.. It was 5h55pm. I ran to security begging for him to turn the lock and open for me as my feet were ****ing me and there was no way i was going to walk right around the mall with these sore feet.. Instead of turning the lock he totally ignores me and tells me to go away. I then ask for the manager, upon walking towards her she gives me attitude and says sorry we cant open the door for you, its orders from management whether you are pregnant or not.

This type of attitude and behaviour from a major retail store is disgusting and puts your brand to shame.. As a regular woolies customer i do not want to step foot in woolies again.
