Disgusting behavior

RealArt Sketches<br> Well I'm also divorcing Woolworths! I'm a regular shopper at the Appleby branch in Randburg. I'm not impressed by their usual standards & service but the worst was this past Sunday! I had an embarrassing encounter with the store manager Maria Khumalo. I tried to ignore her tirade but she followed me into the store shouting at me until I lost it & shouted back at her & one of the other staff members had to intervene. .. he was so embarrassed by her attitude & apologised on her behalf. I tried to report it to head office & the regional manager but they block u fm speaking to anyone in authority plus the regional managers are always busy & don't return msgs....neither does h/o customer care???<br> I am making this public now as I've received atrocious treatment & not surprised there are so many complaints... your staff reflect your management & leadership attitude...you just don't care! I believe that her \attack"was racially motivated ?! Keep your overpriced"
