Disgusting

So every year I buy my sons shoes at woollies for Physical Education which he wears once a week since his been at school and never had any problems until now. Loosing the slip not knowing that I bought a defective shoe. I counted how many times he wore it and it was 21 days or maybe less as he did not go to school. Go to Woolworths today to return as I called customer service and they said go to the store you purchased it which I just did and because they cannot get the purchase on the system I cannot return or exchange it….
