Disgusting attitudes

Hi, I was just at your cresta branch to purchase a country road sweater and have to mention that the staff at the country road section have stinking attitude. Firstly when we approached the ladies to ask where I can fit the sweater they acted like we are bothering them, they one lady even made her annoyance known by the expression she had on her face. Then when we paid for the item the lady that was assisting at the till did not even greet or acknowledged when we said thank you. Absolutely disgusting. And this is not the first time I have experienced this at your cresta branch. Your staff need to treat people with respect and common courtesy.
