Disgusting attitude

Firstly I told the security at the door that I’m returning shoes, she said okay. Then I went to the tills where I was told I need to go to customer service. Oh no! I wasted my time on the queue only to be told to go join another one. When I got to the correct queue, charmaine was helping another guy and when he left instead of asking me to come forward she starred at me. I didn’t go forward avoiding to be told that she didn’t call me, I looked right into her eyes as the only customer in the queue. She still didn’t say anything but buzzed, I stepped forward and as I stretched my arm she mummered as if I was a big pain. Kept my cool hoping I will be greeted but nope she asked me what do I want. Very rude with a Shoprite staff attitude for such a well recognised brand, I was disgusted.
