Disgusted unhappy customer

Good day Woolworths, I am one very unhappy customer, I am absolutely disgusted in how I've been treated, dispite me doing my part keeping to my agreement, I now have a mark against my name because your people and system don't know what they doing!!!!! I have all the proof and yet I've been horrifically harassed by Woolworths and nothing that was promised to me has been done yet I've done everything I said I would and now WOOLWORTHS you have done this to me!!!! I am at a lose for words, NO ONE knows what that doing! I cannot get anyone with any authority to assist me in store or on the phone.
