Disgusted Poor Quality !!!!!

I am so dissapointed with the poor quality of woolworths lately. I have sent an email to customer services more than once and they just dont seem to respond.I had to return my chicken braai packs three times because the chicken turned purple ,the cake was so dry I couldnt even believe this was a Woolworths cake then today cherry on top purchased a burger pie.The Pie was absolutely Hard and burnt even tasted like paint just couldnt get myself to finish..What happened to Woolworths this is not the kind of quality one expects from woolworths absolutely disgusting!!!!!
