DISGUSTED IN WOOLWORTHS CUSTOMER CARE

I have a personal loan with Woolworths and for the past 2 months they've been debiting my account BEFORE my pay date resulting penalties on my bank account and extra charges on the loan account . I called the customer services department 2 weeks ago requesting them to reverse the charges . I was told that it has been escalated and turnaround time is 2 to 3 working days . We'll it's been 2 weeks already and nobody has called me back since . I am disgusted in their service !!!
