Disgusted customer.

I am utterly disgusted at the service I've recieved from Woolworths Wedit.

I purchased at item online. Woolworths does not have an option to return an item online so I physically had to go in-store to my nearest branch.

My nearest branch is Woolworths Wedit in Zevenwatch mall.

Today , 14 December . The rude consultant and store manager who has no etiquette and customer service refused to return the items as they say Head Office doesnt know their store rules as they don't stock this specific item.

My question is , if Head Office consultant told me I can return it at my nearest branch why does the branch refuse telling me they dont stock the item.

I would like to receive a call from a competent agent who is able to assist me.

Zevenwatch Wedit staff has the narrative that the store belongs to them. I want to return my item , get my money back and never purchase from Woolworths again.
