Disgusted by poor service Woolworths benoni

I have received the worst service ever in Woolworths Benoni by the custome service. I went the last month to collect my card as ordered via the call centre they told me that their printer machine is not working they gave me temp card and the lady who works there told me that i should come back when the temp card has expired. I went in the store today to get my new card they told me that the printer not working and they cannot assist. The temp card has expired i dont have any Woolworths card with me. How am i supposed to make purchases?? I pay the account however i cannot use the account. The tall dark Venda guy from Woolworths benonj was very rude and unable to assist me i askes him to call the call centre for me to order a new card he refused and said theres nothing they can do. I calles the call centre they sent me from pillar to post. Im disgusted by your services Woolworths wheres you keep sending me smss to pay an account that i can't even use Lake side benoni can i get this matter sorted out by Woolworths asap
