Disgusted by Contaminated Ingram's Cream

I am absolutely outraged and disgusted by the lack of quality control in my recent purchase. Yesterday, I bought an Ingram’s cream from your store, only to find a clear finger mark inside the product. It looks like someone had scooped out cream and then it was shamelessly put back on the shelf. How can a product that has clearly been tampered with be sold to customers?

This is beyond unacceptable and poses serious health risks. I cannot believe I’m dealing with this coming from Woolworths. The product is clearly contaminated and unfit for use. I expect a lot more from a brand that claims to value quality, but my experience suggests otherwise.

To make matters even worse, this is not the first time I’ve complained about this very issue! This is the third time I’ve raised the same concern, and received no response. Are complaints just ignored? The lack of action and communication on your end is incredibly frustrating and disrespectful.
