Disgusted at WW Greenacres

I don't usually complain, but I would really like to know what WW Greenacres definition of an expresses till is?

I stood in line today for almost 10 min (walked out without assistance). I was the only person in the line. Your staff at the till just does not know what quick and efficient service is. The normal queue moved much faster - and I could not be assisted there, as I was not in that queue.

Do you deliberately put your slowest workers at the express till? This is not the first time it happened, but definitely the last time I will support the Greenacres branch
