Disgusted at how I was treated

I feel very undermined and disrespected

On twitter I sent a DM complaining about the quality of underwear’s I bought in October from Woolworths and I was told that I need to take those underwear for an assessment at the store

When I sent the DM - I even attached pictures showing how the underwear’s look - but the person who attended to me insisted that I take the underwear - I have worn to the store for them to be assessed

I don’t know if it made sense to the person but how do I take underwear that I have worn - and the person assessing them - were they suppose to touch underwear that has been worn by someone else ?

I am very disappointed and this is not how a person should be treated

What about my dignity as a person and a woman!! I am very disgusted
