Disgusted and utterly disappointed!!!! :-(((((

Before we started renovations at home, I bought a shoe from Woolworths studio w (tag nr: ********** 507695 / ********** 78 - black) as I absolutely love the brand and what it stands for. After renovations were completed, I discovered the shoes less the receipt. To my dismay, trying to exchange the shoe turned out to be a real nightmare at your Woolworths stores.

I've been from your Woolworths store Mall of Africa, Clearwater, South Gate Mall and The Glen. None of these stores want to exchange the shoes. It's a different story if I said I wanted my money back but all I want to do is a exchange the shoes for something else. I could not write any sooner as I was admitted for an emergency hysterectomy and currently on bed rest at home.

I am disgusted and disappointed with the way I was treated by the staff at Woolworths. Needless to say, this experience have left a serious bitter taste in my mouth.
