Disgusted and poor communication

I got retrenched and I had protection with my account with Woolworths and I was given assurance that account has been settled as I had submitted all the documents. Now after 4 years im being called by shabir shake attorneys claiming that I owe Woolworths I am livid a whole 4yrs no communication nothing this is beyond disgusting why do we take this account policy for protecting when now I am called about something they couldn't even call me as a customer to ask or get information.
