Disgusted and disappointed.

I placed an online order for the 1.5l milk special on the 01/08/2022 only to be told on the day of collection that the milk is out of stock. This is very disappointing for a big company like woolworths. If the product was out of stock when I was placing the order,why did the system allow me to checkout. Now I am told to wait for 10-14 days for my refund when they didn't even wait to check the stock before the take my money. This seems to be the norm with these big retail companies and its really disappointing.
