Disgusted

Using woolies dash is supposed to be a thing which is convenient. However the principle behind this method is not understood.

I ordered necessities which I required asap, expecting it all when I checked that my main purchase was not included so I asked the driver and he called the branch and spoke to the person who packed the order which from conveniently said I did not require any alternative.

I was not even contacted via the woolies messenger or WhatsApp for any alternative???

Secondly Woolworths deducted the full amount including the item which was not available!

I am disgusted and annoyed because of their ********* conduct I have to physically go to the store and pay again!!!!
