Disgusted

<p>On 4 Nov 2016 received a voucher via email. Spend R200 on lingerie get R50 off. I duly tried to purchase R240 lingerie item. Was told voucher didnt exist. After staff making numerous phone calls and me standing there for 45 minutes was told the voucher should read R100 off R400. How can they not honour something printed in black and white from their company. This is misleading advertising. I have a printed version and email version of the voucher. Even the staff were shocked that management would not recognise it. Am so disappointed in Woolworths. Will definitely take this further. Its the principle of it and the attitude.</p>
