Disgusted

I am gravely disappointed in Woolworths. We do most of our shopping there whether it be clothes or food. We started using their W.lab dish liquid and it proved to itch and burn on the hand. For my elderly mother it left her hands dry and peeling and with a dark shade. I also can attest to this burning sensation after using it. They collected the liquid for tests close to two weeks ago and still no feed back. I am the one who has to keep probing them at every point. They ordered us to go get proof at a doctor , And this was only advised to me days after logging the complaint. And further yet they make no mention of their findings. We cannot afford a private doctor , the public hospital is always full and my elderly mom cannot spend her whole day there as you would imagine.

I have kept all the emails with them , and oh dear they take their sweet time in responding. I don't know whether I am being under mind by my gender , race or age. May be if it were some other gender , race or age things would have been done promptly? I do not know anymore.

I have pictures and all. Please help us get the attention we rightfully deserve as consumers.
