Disgusted

I'm so speechless in expressing how disappointed and disgusted with Woolworths refusal to reverse the payment of R3500 that I erroneously made from my credit card. The lady I spoke to showed no interest in assisting, it was as if I was speaking to a fast asleep less interested person
