Disgruntled Customer
Hi
On Monday 23 September 2019 round about 18:05 I made a purchase in one of their stores in Melrose Arc as your patriot.
As I was finished with the purchase I realized that I needed some bread and I quickly ran off to get some bread as soon as I get by the bread isle I realised the bread I was looking for was out of stock and there was one of your workers who offered to help and go look for the bread at the back of the store, as I waited I realised I had so many things in my hands and there was a trolley nearby so I decided to put my belongings inside the trolley. The guy came back and told me there was none left of the bread even in the back.
So I decided to run off the store as it was getting late, on my way I realised my phones were missing and I couldn't run back to the store and look for them because it was too late, so I decided to go back to the store the following day 24 September 2019 on the holiday.
With my slip as proof that I was in the store the previous evening, I asked for help and a very fine lady by Customer service offered to help me and enquire on my behalf if maybe some of the stuff members might have picked up something especially the last guy who offered to help me with the bread. She even when through an extent of checking for cameras. She came back and confirmed in did that at 18:05 I made a purchase as my receipt shows and saw me walking back into the grocery section of the shop as I explained. But the most crucial part is that there is no camera showing at the bread section which omits the most crucial element of my enquiry. She later referred me to a guy called Thabiso who told me I must come back the following day because he wants to run a proper investigation into the matter on my behalf, granted I agreed to come back the following day 25th September 2019.
The next day I came back into the shop Thabiso was held up in and sent a word that he didn't find anything, I refused his findings and asked if I could view the cameras myself to satisfy myself. Another came back told me he was operations manager by the name of KG, told me I'm not allowed in the camera's room and he'll check on my behalf, he came back with a footage taken with his phone only showing me by the counter after making my purchase and nothing else after that and later when I exit the store.
I told him I was not satisfied with that how come the most crucial spot I was in is not showing in the cameras where I mostly likely have lost my phones, I was getting upset at this point, he finally came clean and told me that specific area has no cameras fixed, to my utter shock I told him I really cant believe Woolworths can be so negligent about such a crucial element of safety and security, that means I can be ****** in that spot and there won't be evidence, so we are not safe going to Woolies.
Please look into this matter I cant afford to lose my phones just like that without no trace, I need some answers Woolies.
