Disgraceful Service – Woolworths Dash This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I canceled my item BEFORE it was even delivered, and still I was refused any proper assistance. The customer service agents I spoke to were extremely rude, dismissive, and clearly could not care less. I had to speak to FOUR different people just to get someone who even pretended to help — and she was just as rude as the rest. Now I have to wait up to 7 working days for a refund on something I never even received. Absolutely unacceptable. Woolworths Dash has gone downhill completely. Shocking for a brand that claims to have high standards. No one should use dash ever, rather stick to checkers
