Disgrace

<p>I went to Woolworths Galleria Mall durban today. I requested them to print the slip for me to check the balance on my card. The slip showed me that I have funds on my account. I went to take some clothes and when I went to the counter to make payments using my card. I was told my card doesn't have funds. I showed them the slip I printed few minutes earlier showing that I have fund. They phoned thier Head Office and I waited for more than 2 hours. Eventually the shop closed and I had to leave without getting help.</p> <p>Such a pathetic service from Woolworths. I wonder how many people have been victimised such tendencies. </p>
