Discriminatory behavior by a Woolworths manager West gate

Andre Woolworths manager Westgate Mall Roodepoort was very *********** and showed discriminatory behavior as a manager , he refuse to refund and online purchase , because i lost the card that i used to bye with , however i had my new card and the card number that i used to buy is on my app, he said the manager will only be available on Monday , therefore i should take another trip and bring the item on Monday so they can process a refund, back in to my bank account, that was very inconveniencing to a customer , a manager was not able to take a decision and had to wait for a manager on Monday, he said i must visit Capitec to get proof that i had the card with the number on my tax invoice slip when i still have the card on my APP and i showed him , but he still refused to assist me.
