************** ON THE MOST HIGH LEVEL

On the 7 April 2018, it was on a Saturday I went to Woolworths Century City and purchased a black suite for a funeral that was going to be the following day. After a few weeks my suite tore under my right armpit. I took the suite back to the store to show them what had happened, The supervisor on duty suggested that they take it in to investigate the matter. I received a call the week after to advise me that I must go and fetch my suite jacket as they are not going to replace it because the tear was self made, suggesting that I cut the jacket myself with an ÓKAPPIE (a knife). I do not understand how that could have come to that conclusion as they have not even communicated with me or spoke to me regarding the matter. The question is that, why on earth would I buy an item to return it. And for a matter of fact me bringing the item to the store was not get compensation but to the jacket that I paid for. and I had and still have every right to demand my item as i bought it, as it YOUR policy that states that every item in your store is of good quality. Now that you are unable to withhold to your own policy you go and accuse me of damaging my own item that i paid with my own money. This to me is **************, on so many levels. Do you even know me, how do u conclude that I even own a OKAPPIE, let alone be in contact with one. Is this based on my gender or the colour of my skin, i would like to know. Your company has no sense of customer service at all, I am LIVID by the way i have been treated. I WANT MY SUITE JACKET REPLACED, I WANT THE QUALITY THAT YOU CLAIM YOU PROVIDE!!!! Such appalling attitudes and service!!! I DEMAND A RESPONSE TO THIS URGENTLY...
