************** at Woolworths

very disappointed with Woolworths. Specifically my bad experience was with Woolworths Westgate. never have i experienced such discriminaton. i bought an item for my mum and it was a size 14. the cut was much smaller and hence i needed to return it and get a bigger size. the item cuts were extremely small and hence i needed to get my mum two sizes bigger(18). when i go to the tellers to do the exchange, i see that the price is different for the item. i asked the teller how the price can be different for the exact same item but a different size. she tells me that Woolworths charges differently for bigger sizes. the teller was giving me attitude about it. so i ask her if that means that because people are fatter they must pay more... and to my surprise, instead of the lady sympathizing with me, her was "YES"

so disappointed. this is true **************. no other clothing store has this kind of approach.

i really hope that this is looked into, because if it isn't i will be moving my shopping to stores who respect their customers and not make them feel fat and horrible about themselves.
