Disatisfied
I have been shopping at Woolworths for years, my favourite shop for clothes ,food ,make up & gifts.I always paid cash or debit card which Woolies seemed quite happy to accept. So I thought why not apply for a store card.I eagerly filled out an online application, and waited, and after a week I deceided to phone them as I heard nothing. The first lady I spoke to said my application hadn't been captured( after a week?) I'm not sure why as I filled in the application ONLINE.She said she would email the relevant person ad contact me before 1pm the next day.I heard nothing. So I phoned again and spoke to a man.He said she didn't do what she said she would, he said he would do it and get back to me, again nothing! A few days later I phoned them again, the lady asked me, what are my expenses, I told her I have hardly any as my husband pays all the bills,so my out goings are minimal.I also don't have any debt or owe anyone money, apparently that's a bad thing. So she said I don't meet there criteria, whatever that means. No explanation!<br> Well if I'm not good enough for an account I'm not going to shop at your stores Woolies I was so put off by this.Edgars you have a new client
