Disastrous customer service

I wonder how did the Woolworths customer service become so disastrous I still have a problem getting a voucher since the 2May 2025 I have called numerous times with no help the staff promising to call back with feedback but nobody call I am so frustrated as I really needed to use my voucher this weekend I even took the name of the Consultatnt that helped today because I am fed up with this back and forth using my airtime I have ran out of ideas on what to do now this is so disappointing for such a reputable company I am even unable to get through now
