Disappointment in Rules/ Regulations

Good Day<br> <br> I am disappointed to mention that such a big organisation as Woolworths has stooped so low as to not take garments in exchange. I had purchased a dress in May 2015 , at the time i bought it for my daughter to wear for our Eid celebration which was this past Sat 18th July but last week when i tried it on for her, it did not fit. I went to the Woolies at the Len's branch & was told they dont do exchanges on sale itmes and the time has lapsed to change it. I asked her for a credit note or if i could take another garment but she refused saying its Woolies \rules". I was also told that the same day another customer had an incident like mine and was also sent home"
