Disappointing Woolies Dash App

I recently ordered 8 items at 14:50. I was given a slot at 16:00, which I was cool with since it was dinner items. To my surprise, the order kept being late until 18:00 and decided to call their customer care.

Bear in mind, it has been delayed twice and there's no communication on what's going on, which is a red flag on it's own. Then, the agent only tells me my order was placed in a store 30mins from my location???!! How is that even possible??

Now I did not have items with me and I'm stuck with no possible solution??? This app is a huge disappoint compared to Checkers 60Sixty!!
