Disappointing service from Woolworths Wonderpark

I went to Woolworths food at wonderpark today with a card voucher that I got from my employer.

I was requested to produce my ID which I didn’t have but I had a certified copy of my ID with me but the supervisor still refused to assist me.

This a very disappointing for a store of your caliber because I should think your employees, especially at a supervisor level, should know that any document that’s certified by the commissioner of oath is taken as a original document.

I’m very disappointed at your service.
