Disappointing service from Woolworths

On the 18th of may I called through to the Woolworths Chatsworth to check if they had the rainbow cake instore for a birthday celebration later on during the day.. I was told that there was 4 in stock and they was keeping one aside for me with my name and contact details, later on when I do arrive at the store to purchase the cake I was thereafter told the cake was put back into the shelves..which is a disappointment ! The manager comes forward and says there is one available in Pavillion I must go all the way that side to fetch it which was just inconveniencing my family. I left the store frustrated and disappointed. Never buying again from them!
