Disappointing Service

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with my First Ever Online Purchase, I have already waited 3 days for delivery, this is after the day I was given! Firstly I do not have a person who is home all day waiting, I work, and each time I call to find out where my order is, I am put on hold for 40 minutes to an hour, and that’s if I ever get to speak to anyone! I can accept that’s it’s the festive season, and they are swamped, but this is rediculous! I have wasted Many hours of my own personal time, either following up or waiting for my order. A very frustrating experience really disappointed!
