Disappointing service!!!

The was a sale of x2 2kg chicken portion for R100 and x2 2L ice cream ending on the 5th of November, prior the end of sale I went to Woolworths food in Three Rivers, River Square and the items on sale were out of stock and I had asked on of the staff members there to contact me as the items get delivered, I personally go to Woolworths on the 5th of November to check if the items are there and only to find out again they are out of stock but they were delivered the previous day the 4th of November and no one contacted me as requested and I asked why wasn’t I contacted as soon as the stock was delivered they had no answer. I’m very disappointed in the treatment I received from Woolworths food as I recommend it to literally everyone and now I get such treatment I’m highly DISAPPOINTED!!!
