Disappointing service

Good day

I just need clarity because of inconsistancy. I visited woolwoths campus square during my lunchtime as I work for the bank and the security told me I need to stand in the long que to go in order to get into the store though I had my access card with me. The lack of consistancy perplexes me because my colleague was allowed to go in earlier on and was not told to wait in the que. When I got to the office I called the store to confirm and spoke to Tlamelo and she could not give me a proper straight answer, she said sometimes it depends on the que she was just all over the show like she was not sure. Pick n pay accommodates us essential workers and has been since lockdown. I am a loyal customer to Woolworths and I love shopping there but such treatment is unfair and unlike Woolworths, what happend to Quality?
