Disappointing Quality - utter fail

<p>Dear WW,</p> <p>I recently bought a pair of "trainers" for purposes of casual wear.</p> <p>Returns policy requires that shoes may be returned if not worn, however I have obviously worn them but only for casual wear.</p> <p>To my utter dissappointment, the back heel support is so flimsy, it actually hurts when I wear them and I can feel how they have bended (if this is even possible) on the inside.</p> <p>Now I would have taken them back without complaint, however as previously stated they have been worn.</p> <p>In addition to this, I also bought a David Jones sweater top at a hefty price, which after the first or second cold wash as stated on the washing instructions. have shrunk.</p> <p>I am utterly dissappointed that I now sit with apparrel amounting to almost 1000, which I am dissatisfied with.</p> <p>I would love for this situation to be rectified and most definitely I be offerred a decent explanation herefor as I feel the quality you bound yourselves to is no longer something you live up to. This is but a drop in the bucket of situations I have had, however these items were bought specifically for the purposes of taking same on my Honeymoon abroad end May.</p> <p>Previous situations includes, but is not limited to food poisoning from a ready meal, old fruit - naartjies with worms, shirts with holes, socks that just tear, casual pants that are sized incorrectly, shoes that are broken at purchase, heels that have broken whilst I actually attended to court proceedings and I had to attend to your cape tonw CBD store bear foot to exchange same and which was refuse as they "have been worn", an expensuve piece if costume wear, where the top's motife at the back was actually cut off sold to me, and the list goe's on...</p> <p>I have only ever been offerred a R100 voucher for compensation, whis was not the point but shockin considering I spend thousands at WW every month simply because there is no better choice.</p> <p>I am aggrived by the events after this and dont even know how to espress my disappointment at this stage.</p> <p>I await tour feedback on an urgent basid.</p> <p>Regards,</p>
