Disappointing purchase

I am very disappointed in Woolworths, I bought a confetti Cake from Woolworths yesterday for my daughter's birthday today and I was disappointed that the cake was stale. This is not the quality I expected from Woolworths. I hope they better their quality but this was extremely disappointing.
