Disappointing online service delivery by Woolworths

Online shoppers be on the alert as your groceries may be tampered with before delivery. This happened to me with two consecutive online orders whereby upon one delivery a chocolate bar was missing; and with the very next order, a drinking yoghurt was opened and mysteriously half had vanished or someone helped themselves to it and had the audacity to put it back half empty together with the rest of my groceries. I was disgusted at this appalling act and it’s apparent that Woolworths widely advertised above par service is definitely not up to scratch despite the above average prices we pay for apparent excellent service delivery...I’m still awaiting the final outcome to my 2nd complaint.
