Disappointing online ordering experience.

I live overseas and so organise gifts for my parents on their birthday's, anniversary, Mother and Father's Day etc etc. The level of service has consistently decreased over the last few months, culminating in my Mothers' Day gift this past weekend. The item I wanted wasn't available, this is consistently the case where items are available online but when ordered are out of stock and so a replacement is sent, I ordered an orchid which wasn't available. Instead they said they would send 2x mini orchids but only one arrived. Trying to get this sorted out is a nightmare. I also asked specifically for the my order to be delivered on Saturday 8th May, they tried to deliver on Thursday and Friday, of course my mom wasn't available to accept an order on these days, that is why I asked for delivery on Saturday. Never again.
