Disappointing grilled cheese

On Tuesday, 22nd March I visited this branch specifically for the 3 cheese toasted sandwich. I travelled all the way from Thornton to Tygervalley specifically for this sandwich, as I had tasted it once before and it was amazing. On this occasion, there was only 1 type of bread available, contrary to the 4 types offered on the menu (there was only white bread available). When the sandwiches arrived, they had hardly any cheese on them and were very dry. I sent these back asking for them to ask the kitchen to fix this visible mistake. This was not what i had received here before and it was embarassing as i had invited my mother and friend from Upington to try this sandwich i was raving about. The second time the sandwiches arrived, they were exactly the same. I was appalled. We ate what we could because we were starving by then. The waiter, Simba (for short), was fantastic, he called the manager to escalate my complaint. The manager then offered to comp the drinks, of which I offered to pay for the drinks as they were lovely, he then comprimised to comp the food. I was very disappointed in the quality consistency from Woolworths and will NOT be returning.
