Disappointing fresh produce

To whom it may concern It is with great disappointment that I am writing this review as it is my second bad encounter with the woolies food product in a very short space of time. I had purchased baby spinach from the Woolworths Greenacres store in Port Elizabeth and discovered a dead snail in the packet in between the the spinach. Had I not rinsed this off in a strainer I would not have discovered it in time this is not only a health scare however also rather unhygienic to say the least. I made pizzas as a weekend meal and discovered that the gouda cheese from the Engen garage in Linton Grange Port Elizabeth did not melt at all rather roasted brown on the pizza and due to this we could not waste the food we had to eat a pizza with hard roasted cheese instead of a decent melted cheese as it's supposed to be. This gives me great concern for the rest of the fresh produce as we now question the quality of the products. One pays extra for better quality and packaging only to be disappointed in such a manner. Please check your standard woolies you are letting us down and creating major doubt regarding your product standards. I would post the pictures however this platform doesn't allow for this.
