Disappointing Customer Service

I bought two loaves of sourdough bread amongst other items today on Dash. An hour ago , I received my order and both loaves are Best Before today (2024/09/30). I immediately communicated this to Woolworths and I was told that it was the only available bread. Why didn’t the shopper at least communicate this with me and allow me to make the choice?

I am disappointed in Woolworths as I am staunch consumer who buys religiously on the app and in store.The customer service I got on their twitter page is terrible.This is a heads up to other consumers or potential consumers.
