Disappointing and Unacceptable

I am very frustrated with WOOLWORTHS SA with an order i did and the parcel had items missing and apparently now the drivers had knocked and i call in to a get phumzile masondo who thinks its funny and now i paid but i don't have what i paid for,ALSO NO MANAGER AVAILABLE TO ASSIST.I din't expect this from wollies
