Disappointing all round

<p>A few months ago I bought a top from you guys....went home to try it on, it was a little short, so I went back to exchange it. Got a bigger size and realised it was R21 more. Went to the counter to see what that was all about, and apparently it was a price per size item. I asked them what they meant by that to get an answer of "they use more fabric". I understand that, but they use more fabric from XS to S, from S to M and so on, now why is it more from L to XL? Its **************, thats what!!! I submitted a complaint at the store only to be responded to with nastiness and with a total disregard from the Store Manager. She hadn't even read the complaint properly. Too add to that, I now have a top I cannot return because Im waiting for the manager to get back to me about the top, and I have had it for more than 60 days. She knows my phone isnt working, and she has my email address, but apparently doent have the time to get back to customers....great manager you picked there!!</p> <p> </p> <p>To add to all the sourness, I have a GIANT question for you guys...How can you put up your prices so much and flower you quality? I mean, I have been buying jeans, socks and underwear from you guys since I was in high school. everything has always lasted well, but these last few perchases that I have made, the whole time thinking, "The expense is worth the quality", when in reality, the quality is beyond terrible. Underwear breaking after a few wears, jeans not even lasting 6 months, socks lasting maybe 2...not even the shoes are lasting. Bought a pair of boots maybe a month ago...already broken!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Come on guys, your the qulity you cn see and all that, what is happening? Do you feel okay ripping people off with your terrible quality clothing?</p> <p> </p> <p>I would really like someone to explain this all to me. I am fuming!!!</p>
